Facility Rules
The golf course kitchen CANNOT be used. Only the prep tables and sink can be used by caterers. Refrigerators, ovens, warmers, stoves, or microwaves can’t be used by caterers or those renting the facility. All Trash must be bagged before leaving. Trash bags will be provided. All guests must be out of the building by 12:00 Midnight.
Bar Rules
ALL Beer/Liquor/Wine MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE COURSE . All outside beverages are not allowed. Alcohol orders must be made 2 weeks before the event in order to have delivery on time
Deposits are refundable based on the condition of the facility.
THERE WIIL BE AT LEAST ONE PERSON EMPLOYED AT THE GOLF COURSE PRESENT DURING THE TIME OF THE EVENT.

Our Ballroom is a 2500 square foot room with a max occupancy of 350 people. We have 17 tables and 110 seats available as part of the rental price. We do not offer linen services.

The Front Bar at Tired Creek Golf Course is a true hidden gem. This 1250 square foot room has a floor-to-ceiling glass windows providing views of the golf course, as well as access to both patio areas. This room has a max occupancy of 150 people, making it a great addition for large parties, weddings, or events.
All rentals give you access to the facility at 8:00 am the day of the event. Events can last up to 12:00 AM the night of the event. Additional Hours past 12:00 AM will be billed at a rate of $50 Per Hour. No Alcohol can be served after 2:00 AM.
Dance Floor

Deposit of $125 – Required for Reservation
Newly purchased 15′ x 15′ dance floor can be rented. Course staff will install the floor in your requested location inside of the ball room.
